11. Products and Product Information
We attempt to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, and other information accurately. However, we do not guarantee that every description, image, color, or specification will be completely accurate, current, or error-free.
Product appearance may vary because of:

12. Made-to-Order Products
Queen City Closet products may be produced only after an order is placed. Because made-to-order products are created specifically in response to a customer’s order, all purchases are subject to the Return and Refund Policy displayed on the website.
Unless an exception is stated in that policy or required by law, made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

15. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes:

Queen City Closet may correct, cancel, or reject a discount caused by an obvious mistake, technical error, unauthorized publication, or fraudulent use.

16. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Queen City Closet is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Labor disruptions

• Holiday volume

• Supply interruptions

• Customs delays

• Incorrect customer information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Risk of loss and responsibility for an order will be determined according to applicable law, the shipping method, and the circumstances of delivery.

Your written notice should include:
